Fulfilment: 

Your wine or gin will be delivered 3 – 5 working days after placing your order. Bottles are despatched in a fully recyclable cardboard box. Delivery is undertaken by a 3rd party courier.

If we cannot fulfil a particular wine or gin, we will ‘upgrade’ the beverage for a close match of a higher value than the product originally selected. Wine and Gin is picked, packed and despatched by CH Wine Merchants Ltd on WineFolk’s behalf.

Returns Policy:

Wine or gin can be returned to us within 30 days from placing the order, provided it is undamaged or tampered with. The customer is responsible to paying for the safe return of goods. A refund or credit note will be issued upon receiving and checking the goods returned. The refund or credit note will be for the value of the un-tampered/damaged goods minus the original delivery costs incurred.

Drink Responsibly: 

Alcohol can damage your health if consumed irresponsibly. Please stay within government guidelines. Do not drink and drive.

Legal Age:

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any wine or gin product for sale on WineFolk.co.uk. By placing your order online or the telephone, you are hereby representing to us that you are at least 18. Upon delivery, we may require you to sign for your order to confirm your age. Deliveries to address are fulfilled by a 3rd party courier. If, upon delivery, there is no one at the delivery address to receive your Order or if the third party reasonably suspects the signee is under 18 we will not be able to leave the Products.

Delivery: 

We can deliver to any address within mainland United Kingdom.
